10T Holdings Raises $750M (€634.6m) in Capital

10T Holdings (Greenwich, CT, US), a mid-to-late-stage private equity firm focused on companies operating in the digital asset ecosystem, closed its growth equity funds, with nearly $389m in capital commitments. Together with co-investment and sub-advised vehicles, 10T raised approximately $750m (€634.5m) for the strategy, much of which has already been deployed. Read more.

Varo Bank Raises $510M (€431.5m) of Growth Funding

Varo Bank (San Francisco, CA, US), an all-digital, nationally chartered bank, closed a $510m (€431.6m) funding round. The company intends to use the funds to further accelerate customer growth and investment in product and technology innovation. Read more.

DivideBuy Receives £300m (€351.4m) in Financing

DivideBuy (Stoke-On-Trent, England, UK), a buy now pay later (BNPL) provider, received a £300m (€351.4m) lending facility. The financing will be instrumental to expand in the point-of-sale market and further bolster its C-suite, platform investment and retailer network, both in the UK and internationally. Read more.

SpotOn Raises $300M (€253.8m) in Series E Funding;

SpotOn (San Francisco, CA, US), a software and payments company with comprehensive solutions for restaurants and retail businesses, raised $300m (€253.8m) in Series E funding. The company intends to use the funds to acquire Appetize, a digital and mobile commerce platform for enterprise businesses, such as sports and entertainment venues, theme parks, zoos, college campuses, and more. Aviatrix Raises $200M (€169.2m) in Series E Funding

Aviatrix (Santa Clara, CA, US), a cloud networking and network security company, raised $200m (€169.2m) in Series E funding. This company intends to use the funds to scale its worldwide sales and support operations. Read more.

Scalapay Raises $155M (€131.1m) in Series A Funding

Scalapay (Milan, Italy), a payment solution that enables customers to buy now and pay later (BNPL) without interest, raised $155M (€131.1m) in equity funding as part of their Series A round. The company intends to use the funds to expand operations scale internationally and launch new products to support merchants in luxury, fashion, and travel. Read more.

Nuula (Toronto, Ontario, Canada), a fintech company focused on small businesses, raised $120m (€101.5m) in funding. Nuula is a financial services and technology company providing real-time data and analytics, allowing small to medium-sized businesses to manage their cash-flow, monitor their credit ratings and user reviews, and more. Amagi Raises Over $100M (€84.6m) in Funding

Amagi (New York, NYC, US), a leader in cloud-based SaaS technology for broadcast and connected TV, raised over $100m (€84.6m) in funding. It enables content owners to launch, distribute and monetize live linear channels on Free-Ad-Supported TV and video services platforms. The company also offers 24×7 cloud managed services bringing simplicity, advanced automation, and transparency to the entire broadcast operations. Read more.

Tricolor Secures $90M (€76.1m) in Equity Funding

Tricolor (Dallas, TX, US), a company that leverages its direct-to-consumer, AI-powered platform to provide the underserved Hispanic market with used motor vehicles and financing, received a $90m (€76.1m) convertible preferred equity investment. The company intends to use the capital to expand its business and its financing options into new markets and geographies, scale its recently launched software-as-a-service (SaaS) business unit. Vouch (San Francisco CA and Chicago, IL, US), an insurance platform for startups, raised $90M (€76.1m) in Series F funding. The company intends to use the funds to expand operations and its line of insurance products. Read more.

Wisetack Raises $45M (€38m)in Series B Funding

Wisetack (San Francisco, CA, US), a technology company that brings buy now, pay later to in-person services like home and auto repair, raised $45M (€38m) in Series B funding. The company will use the funds to accelerate growth, including supporting further expansion into verticals such as auto repair, elective medical, dental and veterinary, legal services, and more. Amsterdam Fintech Sprinque, a Digital Checkout Service Provider, Acquires €1.7M from Volta Ventures, Others

Sprinque (Amsterdam, Netherlands), a checkout service provider, has reportedly secured €1.7 million in capital from Volta Ventures, Force Over Mass and several angel investors and payments industry professionals. Read more.
