Who are we? INTERMEDIATE was founded by Remco Spruyt and Teun Tonino with the idea that by entering into long-term relationships with clients, combined with their substantive knowledge and involvement, they have more added value for organizations than the "standard" intermediaries / Intermediaries.
Our mission
Our mission is to help organizations effectively solve challenges and problems in the fields of finance and control, audit, risk & compliance and cybersecurity. Because we come from the field ourselves, they can assess much better which requirements an Interim professional must meet, which should lead to a much better match between client and Interim professional and a successful execution of the assignment.
What are we doing?
We translate the challenges of the organization into the ideal profile of the required interim professional. We then find suitable candidates very quickly. We propose the right interim professional within three working days! After this, we ensure that the chosen candidate starts quickly. That's how it started We, Remco Spruyt and Teun Tonino, have more than 40 years of experience as interim professionals. In practice, we see that companies have a lot of trouble finding the right people, either: professionals who have real substantive knowledge and who are involved. Things often go wrong because intermediaries do not have interim experience and do not work in the fields themselves. This regularly results in disappointments because the candidates do not solve the problem. We want to make a difference here and that is why we started INTERMEDIATE Interim Professionals in 2020.
