Our platform's unique approach means that decisions about investor selection, pricing, and share allocations are free from the conflicts of interest that compromise the existing process. Retail, as well as institutional, investors can be engaged - resulting in a wider pool of capital. Firms regain control over the IPO process.

Solution Description

We want to level the playing field by reducing the barriers to entry affecting both issuers and investors. Resources are allocated most efficiently when firms have access to the investors whose interests are most aligned with their own. Our products provide this access in the fairest, most transparent way.
