Who is Holland FinTech?

Holland FinTech is the association for organizations in fintech and financial innovation in the Netherlands. We are based out of Amsterdam and offer an ecosystem approach to help our members deal with the rapid changes and innovations in Digital Finance. Our member base consists of over 300 cool startups, scaleups, and incumbent players originating from all sorts of actors and stakeholders within the financial services industry. And we are growing!

Who are we looking for?

We’re looking for a Dutch & English-speaking full-time (32- 40 hours) Fintech Consultant to help grow our knowledge base and network in the Netherlands and Europe. The ideal candidate is a strong analyst, communicator, and networker, and wants to get things done. You don’t have to know everything about fintech, tech, and financial services just yet, but a strong indication of your existing interest is favorable. If you are willing to learn, we can teach you everything you need to know!

What you need to bring…

• A university degree (MSc MBA or similar)
• 2-3 years commercial (client-facing) experience
• Strong customer focus and keen on understanding what drives our members and prospects
• A self-starter who has an eye for improvements and does not shy away to initiate new ideas
• An analytical mindset and some skills with MS Excel or alike
• Great at verbal and written communication.
• Excellent time management & prioritization skills.

What will you be doing?

You will be responsible for:

• Keeping track of fintech developments in the Netherlands, Europe and worldwide.
• Build relationships with members and other key players in the digital finance ecosystem.
• Understanding and supporting the insights needs of our members
• Attend (industry) networking events to connect to stakeholders and learn about Digital Finance
• Write and create insights for our members and stakeholders, give presentations
• Shape our program, based on insights and member input

You will be part of a close and international team and closely work together with the CEO, Senior management and, team members who are responsible for other business functions like Events, Sales, Marketing & Communications and, Community Management. Since we are a small team, you will get much responsibility and therefore there is no better place to grow your skills, network, and experience than at Holland Fintech.
