Stibbe is set to relocate its Luxembourg office to the Emerald building in the Cloche d’Or district, effective January 30, 2024. The move is driven by the need to accommodate the growth of the Luxembourg office and foster collaboration and client hospitality. The new location at 26, Boulevard F.W. Raiffeisen, L-2411 Luxembourg, within the Cloche d’Or district in the Gasperich quarter, strategically positions Stibbe in a recently developed urban living area with a diverse mix of residential, leisure, commercial, and corporate spaces.
Occupying floors 4 to 6 within The Emerald, a distinctive 6-story office building characterized by an emerald-colored façade, Stibbe’s new office covers 6,841 square meters. The building is expected to achieve an ‘excellent’ BREEAM rating, highlighting its sustainability. Bernard Beerens, Executive Partner of Stibbe’s Luxembourg office, expressed anticipation for the relocation, emphasizing the move’s alignment with the firm’s innovation and growth strategy. The Emerald building is situated in a lively district that hosts leading companies, high-quality accommodations, boutiques, and restaurants, creating a vibrant ecosystem where business, culture, and retail converge.
