Holland FinTech is a fast growing international organisation. It offers an ecosystem approach to deal with the rapidly changing financial landscape. Our members are all actors and stakeholders within financial services.


Who are we looking for?

We’re looking for a Dutch & English speaking Business Development Representative to help build out our member base in Europe. The ideal candidate has a hunter mentality, is extremely result driven and has great communication skills. Knowledge of Financial Services or tech is a pre but not mandatory. We can teach you all the basics you need to understand!


Are you…

  • a fun person to hang around with, result-driven and disciplined.
  • resolutely customer-focused and recognise the importance of truly understanding what matters to our members.
  • great at verbal and written communication.
  • excellent with time management/prioritisation skills.
  • experienced (1-2 years ) in dealing with customers.
  • been working previously in sales (especially in a SaaS environment) that’s a definite bonus!
  • fluent in Dutch and English?

What will you be doing?

You will be on the front lines of our lead generation efforts. Talking to potential members and qualifying them for the Account Executive to continue the conversations will be your primary task.


In short, you’ll be:

  • Tracing companies within our target audience in close collaboration with the Marketing Department.
  • Identifying the correct account information and contacts within our target audience.
  • Contacting and engaging with decision makers from small fintech startups to large financial institutions.
  • Qualifying leads based on specific criteria.
  • Networking at Fintech related and other events.
