We are looking for an ambitious Business Development Representative
Holland Fintech is currently looking for an ambitious Dutch & English speaking Business Development Representative for our office in Amsterdam. You will be responsible for business development and working closely together with the Founder / CEO of Holland Fintech on how to best grow the network. Additionally, you will be supported by and working with an international team responsible for Marketing & Communication, Account Management, Partnerships, Content and Events.
In your role, it is important that you invest in understanding more about the network in general and the businesses you speak to (industry segment, how they work, growth plans, challenges, their experience in innovation) and their needs and pain points, more specifically.
Your daily responsibilities can best be described as follows:
What you will be learning/doing:
You will learn the basics of sales and business development, f.i. how to handle common objections through a mixture of theory and practical training, pipeline management and closing deals. You’ll also be on the front lines of our new lead generation efforts, testing new lead sources and data, cleansing cold data lists and following up on targeted marketing campaigns, enabling us to exceed ambitious growth targets.
