We are looking for an ambitious Event Manager

We are currently looking for an English speaking (Dutch is a plus) and enthusiastic Event Manager with a "can-do" attitude to assist our organization in hosting events that enhance our client’s experience, allow knowledge and content sharing, and encourage networking opportunities. The Event Manager will be tasked with researching and securing venues and/or setting up the event platform, planning and managing our events' calendar, handling speakers and hosts alignments along with the internal content team, assisting with event marketing, monitoring timeframes and budgets, networking, and delivering on event brief objectives.

The ideal candidate for this role should demonstrate organizational abilities, interpersonal skills, multi-tasking skills, and excellent time-management as well as cross-functional skills. The noteworthy Event Manager should reinforce member-to-business relations, improve the organization's image, and effectively deliver on event objectives.

Event Manager Responsibilities:

• Brainstorming and implementing event plans and concepts.
• Handling budgeting and invoicing.
• Handling logistics.
• Reporting senior management.
• Managing branding and communication.
• Developing event feedback surveys.
• Handling post-event reports

Event Manager Requirements:

• You have a passion for learning and working in the Fintech industry excites you
• You have communication and marketing skills.
• You have project management experience.
• You have proficiency in various event software (youtube, linkedin, streamyard,..)
• You have crisis management experience.
• You like to work in a small, dynamic, international and fun team, with a high level of individual responsibilities
• But you also work well independently and are open to getting feedback and continually look for ways to better yourself and your performance
• And last but not least, you have a University or Applied Science background in events management, business, marketing, economics, finance, corporate communication studies or similar
