The state of European checkouts in 2020

This report highlights the most common checkout issues, after analysing the top 450 e-commerce websites across Europe. 57% of European checkouts analysed had at least three basic errors; 74% were not translated into local languages, 42% did not auto-verify the card number as it was entered, and 45% did not confirm card type when the card number was entered. These errors add unnecessary friction for customers.
