Balancing Tech & Trust in Banking

Take a few minutes to learn how different actors are balancing two key aspects of success in the future: the use of tech paired with consumer trust. Without tech, you’ll be left behind. But if you use tech that your consumers don’t trust, you lose too. Technology is already being deployed at rapid rates and still enjoys a high level of trust – with traditionally conservative incumbent financial institutions starting to adopt it broadly too. However, with a hyper-personalised future for financial services on the horizon, tech will need more and more data to do it’s job effectively – hence the need to convince users of the added benefit of these technologies, and convincing them to hand over their personal data to do so.
